Eight Treasure Jar
Lidded Jar decorated with the eight Taoist symbols: banana leaf fan, fish drum, treasured sword, basket of flowers, jade flute, clicking boards, gourd and lotus. The lid features a branch of peaches and a bat. The bottom employs the "lotus base" decoration in a circle format. There is a chop at the bottom that reads "Made during QianLong Period." However, that doesn't mean the piece was really made several hundred years ago. It is, rather, a representation of the styles of that time.
